As local people we wanted to create something with the wow factor and we hope that when our guests stay here we will give them a stay to remember. We have used local suppliers and materials to create a space that guests will be wowed by and will want to return to and recommend to family and friends. Our huge open plan, industrial styled, apartment is the largest penthouse apartment in the area. The space has been designed with space and freedom of movement as key. We want our guests to socialise and have the room to enjoy each area of the apartment without doors blocking the way. Furniture has been chosen for comfort as well as to please the eye, and our unique epoxy resin floor lifts the design to a whole new level.Technology Incorporated
Once an architect's office we have honoured their trade by incorporating a free flowing and accessible space, different from anything you will have seen before.
We have also incorporated technology to make your stay even more superior, with free sonos, electric blinds and wifi throughout the apartment.Unique Style
We have blended luxury, comfort and style to create our distinctive and unique apartment which we hope every guest will want to return to. With our own personal love and experience of marine fish, we have also installed a stunning aquarium dividing the bathroom and the separate toilet, with a selection of beautiful fish that are simply mesmerising.Entertainment
Plus, we have installed a retro gaming machine to keep our guests entertained and to take them back to their childhood, with unlimited games such as Pac-Man and Space Invaders. The property is accessible via a door keypad – a unique code will be sent to guests prior to their arrival which will activate at the time of check-in and deactivate at the time of check-out.
