The Architect’s Loft is a luxurious, stylish penthouse designed to impress, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, super king-size bed, spa hot tub for two, and a double shower. This spacious, open-plan, industrial-style apartment is the largest in the area, promoting freedom of movement and socialization without obstructive doors.
Unique epoxy resin floors, comfortable and aesthetically pleasing furniture, and advanced technology such as free Sonos, electric blinds, and Wi-Fi enhance the guest experience. The loft also includes a mesmerizing aquarium and a retro gaming machine. Entry is managed via a keypad with a unique code sent before arrival.

The Queen’s Loft offers a unique, nature-inspired design for a memorable stay, situated in the heart of Windermere. Complementing the Architect’s Loft, it features modern amenities such as electric blinds, Sonos speakers, and smart lighting. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, freezer, induction hob, oven, and dishwasher. Guests can relax in the beautiful spa jet bath, double showers, and sinks, and sleep in a super king-size bed.

The apartment also boasts a stunning aquarium and a retro arcade machine. Centrally located near restaurants, shops, and transport links, the property provides free private parking and 24-hour security. Access is via a keypad with a unique code sent prior to arrival.

Victoria Loft is a centrally located loft apartment in Bowness-on-Windermere, just minutes from Windermere. Situated on the top floor of Victoria Building on Ash Street, it provides easy access to a vibrant village filled with restaurants, pubs, and bars, and is a short walk from Lake Windermere’s main jetties.
The apartment features a classic movie theme with memorabilia and hand-painted posters, a king-size bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a separate shower room with a Hollywood mirror. Guests can enjoy unlimited retro arcade gaming, explore local bars and restaurants, or engage in outdoor activities like boating and paddleboarding.
Note: The apartment is not suitable for those with mobility issues and does not have designated parking, though nearby parking is available at Rayrigg Road Car Park (fees apply).
